BEN CHEETHAM
Physiotherapist
Ben Cheetham is a physiotherapist with a strong background in exercise and sport science and strength & conditioning, allowing him to support patients through the entire rehabilitation process from initial injury through to return to sport and performance.
He holds a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science alongside his Physiotherapy degree and is an ASCA Accredited Strength and Conditioning Coach. This combination gives Ben a practical understanding of injury management, load progression, and performance-based rehab, bridging the gap between treatment and real-world physical demands.
Ben has experience working in high-performance environments with developing athletes, which supports his ability to tailor rehab programs for both everyday injuries and higher-level sporting requirements. His approach focuses on building strength, resilience, and confidence, not just short-term symptom relief.
A local footballer, Ben has played his entire career with the Traralgon Football Club and now plays with the Glengarry Football Netball Club. Outside the clinic, he’s an avid golfer working towards a single-figure handicap, bringing the same structured, disciplined approach to his own performance that he applies with his patients.
