If you have suffered a workplace injury in Victoria and have a WorkCover claim number, you may be eligible for fully funded physiotherapy treatment. You must approved by your insurer before we can bill WorkCover directly.

If you’ve been injured in a transport accident, TAC may cover your physiotherapy costs. You don’t need prior approval for your first 90 days of treatment, but you must have an active TAC claim number. After 90 days, additional treatment may require TAC approval.

For approved WorkCover and TAC claims, we bill directly, meaning there are no out-of-pocket costs for your treatment. If your claim is still pending, you may need to pay upfront and seek reimbursement once approved.
