Behind the scenes, Leigh brings a strong background in accounting and business management, coordinating our finance, HR, and operational systems. Her attention to detail and structured approach help maintain high clinical and administrative standards, supporting both the team and the quality of care delivered across the practice.

Leigh is also closely involved in the strategy and growth of the business, helping ensure Absolute continues to evolve while staying true to its values and patient-first approach.

Outside the clinic, Leigh is an active member of the Traralgon Swimming Club, where her commitment, consistency, and discipline mirror the standards she brings to her role at Absolute.
