Sam Hoch Physiotherapist

SAM HOCH
Senior Physiotherapist

Sam joined the Absolute team in 2021 and is deeply connected to the local community, having grown up in Hazelwood North. He brings a calm, measured approach to physiotherapy and works with both sporting and general population injuries, helping patients progress through rehab with clarity and confidence.

Sam has a strong interest in treating exercise and sports-related injuries, including neck and shoulder conditions, knee pain, and lower limb injuries. He is GLA:D certified, allowing him to deliver evidence-based care for hip and knee osteoarthritis, with a focus on improving mobility, strength, and long-term function.

In addition to his clinical work, Sam leads Absolute’s corporate health services, working closely with local businesses to support injury prevention, early intervention, and practical workplace health strategies. This role reflects his ability to think beyond the treatment room and contribute to sustainable outcomes for both individuals and organisations.

A premiership player with the CATS Cricket Club and a committed Hawthorn Hawks supporter, Sam remains actively involved in sport. Outside the clinic, he enjoys cooking and is now a single-figure golfer.
